Paul offers a wealth of agency experience in the automotive, roadside and forecourt & convenience property markets and, for several years, has provided specialist tailored advice to an extensive client base.
Prior to joining Hindley Lawrence in 2017, Paul served 13 years at Rapleys LLP in its National Automotive and Roadside Department, where he headed up their northern agency activities.
He has advised a variety of national and regional clients including landlords, occupiers, investors and developers across a wide range of roadside property types including motor dealerships, petrol filling stations, trunk road service areas, drive-thrus, roadside retail, tyre and exhaust, trade counter and car parks.
Paul’s expertise lies in providing expert professional property advice on all agency matters including site and property identification, negotiations, acquisition and disposal advice development, investment, strategic property reviews and portfolio appraisals.
